Verify the offer through the official channel

When an admission list is released, use the official institution or examination channel to confirm the offer and understand the acceptance deadline. Do not rely on a screenshot, forwarded message, or agent’s claim as final proof.

Prepare a clearance folder

Create a secure folder for your result, admission letter, identification, birth information, state-of-origin documents where requested, passport photographs, payment receipts, and any screening forms. Requirements differ, so follow the current institution checklist.

  • Record deadlines and payment references immediately.
  • Keep copies of submitted documents and confirmation pages.
  • Ask the institution directly when a requirement is unclear.

Stay alert after admission

Scammers target newly admitted students with fake clearance fees and accommodation offers. Use official payment channels, protect your account credentials, and never share one-time passwords with anyone claiming to be an institution representative.
