Change for a reason you can explain
A course or institution change should respond to evidence: a subject mismatch, a requirement you cannot meet, a new score target, an unavailable programme, or a more suitable route. Do not change simply because of a rumour or a social media ranking.
Run the eligibility checks again
After a proposed change, compare your UTME subjects, O’Level subjects, score, institution requirements, screening process, and deadline. The new route must be assessed from the beginning rather than treated as automatically safe.

Protect your backup plan
