By accessing or using Campus Compass ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part, you may not use the Service.

Campus Compass provides data-driven admission probability predictions, university comparisons, score projections, and admission guidance for Nigerian university applicants. The Service includes:

• Admission probability calculations based on historical data
• University and course comparisons
• JAMB/Post-UTME score projections and target calculations
• Alternative pathway recommendations (JUPEB, Pre-Degree, NCE)
• Paid reports with detailed admission strategies

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

Certain features require payment. Prices are in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and include applicable taxes.

Refund Policy

• 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans
• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase
• Refunds processed within 5-10 business days
• No refunds for partially used subscription periods beyond 7 days

The Service and its original content (excluding user-provided content), features, and functionality are owned by Campus Compass and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content in connection with the Service.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
• Interfere with the Service's security or integrity
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data without permission
• Use the Service to transmit harmful code or spam

Admission Probabilities Are Estimates: Our predictions are based on historical data and statistical models. They are not guarantees of admission. Actual admission decisions are made solely by universities.

Service Provided "As Is": We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Campus Compass shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for violations of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time from your account settings.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notification 30 days before taking effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
