Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans (Pro and Enterprise). If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date.

• Refund issued to original payment method
• Processed within 5-10 business days

To request a refund:

1. Log into your Campus Compass account
2. Go to Settings → Billing
3. Click "Request Refund" next to your active subscription
4. Select a reason (optional) and confirm
5. You'll receive email confirmation within 24 hours

Or email us directly at billing@campuscompassapp.com with your account email and "Refund Request" in the subject line.

Refunds are available if:

• Request is made within 7 days of purchase
• It's your first purchase (no previous refunds)
• Account is in good standing

Refunds are not available for:

• Accounts with previous refunds
• Requests after 7 days
• Accounts suspended for Terms of Service violations
• Subscription renewals (only initial purchase eligible)

Once approved:

• Refund issued to original payment method (card, bank transfer, USSD)
• Processing time: 5-10 business days
• You'll receive email confirmation when processed
• Subscription access continues until refund completes

If you don't see the refund after 10 business days, contact your bank/card issuer first, then contact us.

Cancelling your subscription stops future billing but doesn't refund past payments. For refunds, you must request within the 7-day window. You can cancel anytime in Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription.

If you were charged incorrectly (duplicate charge, wrong amount, unauthorized):

• Contact us immediately at billing@campuscompassapp.com
• Include transaction ID, date, amount, and last 4 digits of card
• We'll investigate within 24 hours
• Incorrect charges refunded in full, no 7-day limit

We accept payments via Paystack (cards, bank transfer, USSD) in Nigerian Naira (NGN). All prices include applicable taxes. International cards may incur bank conversion fees.
